About the Youth Performance Troupe

Our History

The mNemosyne Studios Youth Performance Troupe was founded in the spring of 2024, and it comprised of eight actors ages 8 - 13 years old. These actors learned industry-standard theatrical skills based in ethical practices. Each student had speaking roles, helped with design concepts for the show, and worked closely together as a team while touring Union County schools during the Fall of 2024. We're getting ready to hold auditions for the YPT 2025 season!

YPT Mission

To provide individuals with the skills necessary to gain confidence in themselves while in front of groups, to open imagination, and provide an outlet where individuals can embrace who they are and how they contribute to the world.

Our Program

The Youth Performance Troupe is open to youth ages 8-18. Each actor must audition and be cast in the production. Each actor agrees to dedicate themselves to teamwork, practice their roles outside of rehearsal, and participate in community service to contribute to their communities in meaningful ways outside of the studio. The YPT will rehearse over the summer and hold its next tour in the fall of 2025.
