Frequently Asked Questions

My student unexpectedly cannot participate after we registered in advance. What is your refund policy?

• Refunds will be issued on a sliding scale: 100% refund if requested 1 week before classes begin. 50% refund if requested before the end of the first class/workshop. 25% refund if requested before the end of 2nd class. No refunds beyond that.

Is a guardian required to stay in the facility during classes?

• A guardian is only expected to stay for the Creative Drama classes. This is due to the shared restroom space in our building. If your Little One needs to use the restroom, you will have to accompany them.

My student has been asked to no longer participate due to disruptive and unkind behaviors. Can I get a refund?

• No. If a student refuses to follow the studio rules, they will be asked to leave the studio without a refund. 

Why do you require special outfits for classes?

• There are a few reasons we require special outfits, but the main reasons are: 1. to keep participants comfortable and moving freely, and 2. to help with understanding the body as it moves through space.
